Dear Bobby,
Prior to the wedding of my son, Eric Couillard, to Monica Valdes at the Westmount Country Club on March 4, 2011, I had viewed the Website, saw the photos and read all the information, comments and testimonials. The Westmount was impressive and seemed like a wonderful place for their wedding and reception.
On March 4, the entire evening at the Westmount was beyond my expectations! The entrance foyer and rooms were elegant and opulent but welcoming. The cocktail area of the Grand Ballroom with its magnificent fireplace, cozy, comfortable furniture seating and outstanding view, was the perfect setting for a gathering of friends and family. The reception area of the Grand Ballroom was unbelievably beautiful - arranged, decorated (The flowers were breathtaking!) and lit with fabulous color. There was an audible gasp of awe and joy from the guests as they entered!. The food during the cocktail hour and reception was prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. The arrival of the wedding cake, later followed by the flaming Baked Alaska and tables filled with desserts and after-dinner drinks was a surprise and delight in itself - a perfect ending.
While the elegant setting and gourmet food were major reasons for a superb evening, the staff of the Westmount made the most important difference. Not only did Bobby, Fred and Anthony take care of every detail so things ran smoothly, they also treated us like Royalty! Their sincere desire to make our evening extra-special and stress-free was evident. The sincere, caring attitude for the guests was also exemplified in the bartenders, wait staff, food preparers and other staff encountered during the evening. All of them were pleasant, professional and exceptional at their jobs!
It was most assuredly a memorable wedding! The Westmount Country Club is aptly named "One & Only".

Hi Bobby,
Thank you so much for your kind email. I sent you and the staff cards via snail mail. I am trying to catch up as I was out of work for the Wedding. I hope and pray I can leave Martha Stewart soon. I have been searching for a new job but in between working and running my company I have very little time to get everything done.
On behalf of the couple and Events Beyond we want to thank you and your talented for a job well done Ben and I really enjoyed working with you and the Westmount team. You guys did a wonderful job and run a tight ship for a reason- it insures the client is happy and the event is a success. Veronica & Diego were extremely happy with the wedding and your team especially. The only thing she was not happy with was the photographer (not your fault or mine- I was so upset when she changed the photographer). We are hoping the photos come out but after that the bride nor I will be recommend them.
We greatly appreciate your attention to detail and overall the whole food/drink/venue experience. We had a great time working with you and the Westmount and hope to be able to come back in the near future.
If you would ever like to meet on a weekend we are happy to explain how my services work. We do full service- month of. I obvious prefer full service as I have more control of the overall outcome of the event. I understand some brides and clients are only looking for month of so we are happy to do that as long as I trust all of the vendors. As you already saw I love doing sweet tables too.

Once again, the Varnay family would like to thank all of you for a making our daughter Lindsey's wedding an event to remember. For the fourth time in our married lives Ron and I chose Westmount for the place of our family celebrations. From our wedding 37 years ago to our children's mitzvah, and finally to our daughter's wedding, you have proved once again that our life changing events would be left in the hands of the professionals.
With each and every event we left the celebration knowing our guests were treated like royalty, the surroundings luxurious, the service impeccable, and the food equal to a 5 star restaurant.
There was no doubt in our minds, that when our "new son-in-law" popped the question, the wedding would take place at Westmount. No other venue can compare.
The professionals at Westmount know how to "get your business" but they also know the secret to "keeping your business" by exceeding expectation. I only wish we had another celebration.

I received your comment card in the mail; I opened it, read it, filled it out and decided it didn't mean enough to me. I can't begin to describe to you how the hard work of Karen & Bobby meant to us. Weddings are a crazy time, between our own busy lives add to the mix two families, two opinions and I know my moms tough, but Karen handled her like she was her own. Bobby & Karen made all three look so easy and took that worry away from me. What I like best, for me, you did what you said you would do, right to the letter and more. I enjoyed my day and Aleks hers. I mentioned in the comment card how much Bobby & Karen both cared and I meant it. Their work ethic gets passed straight down the line, nobody stands around and none of my guests wanted for a thing. My phone still rings one month after the wedding and all I hear are compliments to you and me for a great time and wedding. I've been to many weddings and the experience Bobby & Karen gave us was off the charts. I was told my wedding was the best my guests ever attended. This is a well deserved note and long overdue. I'm building a house for Aleks and I and I'm a little crazy. Please except my "I'm sorry" and know you now have a fan in me and Aleks.

We finally had a moment to put our thank you's on paper. WOW, WOW, WOW!!! After over two weeks, we and our guests are still talking about the Wedding at the Westmount. Sounds like a movie title, and it sure could have been one. Your location for it breathtaking views, ambience, food and exceptional service was top shelf. Nothing was overlooked or left out. The accolades keep coming in. Wish we could repeat the day in slo-mo. We already miss the Westmount signature drink. We thank all of you for an over the top event and in helping a perfect dream come true.

I am writing this letter to thank you for helping us create a wonderful B'nai Mitzvah for Lukas and Derek Mahler on October 8, 2010. It as a tremendous evening! First off, thank you to Bobby Golucci for his attention to detail, his sincerity and his gentlemanly style. He helped us graciously every step along the way. Bobby is the best! Words cannot describe the beautiful, unique and magical centerpieces that Mathew and the Atlas team created for us. They were breathtaking beyond words. Matthew was so easy and fun to work with.
The food was delicious, from cocktail hour to the very last bite of dessert. The room was really swanky-New York chic. The service was very attentive and considerate. Karen shadowed me all evening and made sure all was well with me. I really, really appreciated that!!
In addition, we are really happy to have made Westmount Country Club history by being the first Bar Mitzvah ever held outside in the garden on our beautiful warm October day.
Our friends and family are still raving about every aspect of the evening!

On Sunday, May 2, 2010, our daughter, Shara Hirshfield, was married at the One and Only Westmount Country Club. Everything, and we mean everything, was fabulous. First, let’s start with our wedding coordinator, Bobby Golucci. He was always extremely professional, accommodating, and so pleasant to work with. On a scale of five, we give him 5 stars for helping to make Shara’s wedding a success. Bobby, you are the best!!!!! Now, for the unbelievable food. We are still getting phone calls from friends and family about the amazing cocktail hour and the beautifully decorated room where the stations were located. Unbelievable!!!!! Nowhere, and we mean nowhere, have we ever experienced anything like the quality of food and impeccable service at the Westmount. From the jumbo shrimp to the deli and Tuscan stations, the selections were served beautifully and oh, so delicious!!!! Now, for the finale. They say that guests remember only two important parts of a wedding reception, the beginning and the end. Not only was the cocktail hour fabulous and the main entrees hot and extremely delicious, but the presentation of the Viennese Carts was spectacular. Our guests could not believe their eyes when the flaming Baked Alaska, crepes, chocolate fountain, and gelato carts were rolled out. A most impressive sight!!!! We have been to many, many high-end weddings, but we must say that the staff, service, quality of food, presentation, and the overall package that the Westmount provided was magnificent. We cannot thank you enough for helping to make our daughter’s wedding such a memorable event for all of us. For anyone looking for a breathtaking venue, unbelievable food and service, the One and Only Westmount Country Club is the #1 place to have a wedding in the tri-state area.

I was taking my time organizing exactly what I want to say to you, an extraordinary group of individuals. My family and I would like to express our truly sincere thanks for all of the superb treatment as well as the outstanding experience, which surpassed all other facilities.
We are a social family and have experienced many festivities for various occasions and have hands down placed The Westmount Country Club in the Top Spot for everything from the food to the presentation and from the service to the professional managing of the affair at hand.
Remina and Robert’s wedding was a mélange of Wonderful, Beautiful, Stress Free and Delectable, and thereby creating an Extremely Enjoyable Event because of it.
I would also like to particularly thank Bobby with his great disposition; Karen who was very organized and a doll; Bledar who made us feel secure and also the rest of the Westmount Country Club’s skilled staff for the incomparable royal treatment.
You did not allow our bride/groom or guests to experience a sense of wanting.
The care was spectacular. All vendors were controlled and the wedding was run like a well oiled machine.

It has been 7-8 weeks since our daughter was married and we celebrated the glorious event at the Westmount Country Club. I could say that I have been remiss in not writing this letter sooner but to be honest, we are still coming down from the high and the outstanding celebration our families and friends experienced at the Westmount.
Let me begin by saying our families are most appreciative of all the effort and support we received as we began planning the marriage for Kristin and Gregg. The guidance, support and flexibility by the Del Gatto family were nothing short of outstanding. As you know Kristin is our oldest and only daughter and it was important for us that this be not only special, but memorable. On both counts on a scale of 10, it was 10+ + + + + + +.
On the day of the event, when we arrived at the Westmount, the service and support by Karen and her staff was nothing short of exceptional. From the hostesses in their beautiful red dresses to the ever present Karen guiding and just being there to make sure we were comfortable and that all was going smoothly.
As we reflect on the celebration we have come to the conclusion it was four events in one day. The first was the wedding ceremony where Kristin and Gregg exchanged vows and committed their life together. It was beautiful, sacred, and spiritual.
The second was the cocktail reception where I have not stopped hearing compliments about the selection and presentation of food, the quality of food and drink and the absolute quality of service that our families and friends received at the Westmount. The newly decorated room created an extravagant atmosphere that all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed. All of the extras above and beyond including the mozzarella and lobster bar were well noticed and received.
The third was the reception itself in the Ballroom. The Del Gatto family should be very proud of the recent renovations done at the Club. The cocktail and reception rooms looked nothing short of spectacular. The table arrangements, centerpieces, band, and service were excellent and made all feel very comfortable. The room looked magical. The comments that I have consistently heard is that the staff was unbelievable and could not do enough for our families and friends.
The fourth event was the “After Hour Party” back in the cocktail reception area. As people moved from the Ballroom to the next room, some to leave, they were greeted by what I will call the “Coup de Grace”, “Piece de Resistance”, and “Icing on the Cake” for our next celebration and wedding experience in honor of Kristin and Gregg. The atmosphere was “South Beach” and the mood was “Party” and I cannot tell you how much outstanding feedback the families have received for this, the final leg of the Wedding Experience from the desserts, the chocolate fountain, the slider station, the San Gennaro feast, the cigar rolling, the open bar, the candy bar, and to top it all off, the “Bongo/Percussion Player”. I cannot think of how we could have planned, executed it, or improved upon this very special event in Kristin and Gregg’s lives without your expertise.
We want to extend to Tom Sr., Tom Jr., Karen and all your staff our utmost thanks for making their wedding something we will all never forget.
Out thanks to Tom Sr. for providing the ultimate wedding venue at the Westmount, and our gratitude to him and Jaynee for sharing in Kristin’s and Gregg’s joy on their wedding day.
Our thanks to Tom Jr. for his spectacular performance. His guidance every step of the way and constant follow up to make sure things went smoothly, the year leading up to the wedding and the day of, is so very much appreciated. He was literally available twenty-four hours a day and his level of enthusiasm and energy cannot be topped. He “made it happen” on every level to make the day what it was.
Our sincere thanks to Karen for guiding us all day long during the celebration to ensure that we would enjoy ourselves as much as we did. She completely surpassed our expectations by catering to our every need. She is a true gem.
All of our guests said the event was “over the top” and nothing like they have ever experienced before. In closing we would like to extend our sincere appreciation for a job well done on a very important step in our children’s lives.

Dear All,
Our daughter Brooke was married at the Westmount Country Club on Sunday, May 3rd 2009. It was an absolutely wonderful event and we could not recommend the Westmount any higher.
We go to many catered affairs, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, dinner dances and extended cocktail parties. We have been invited guests at many upscale venues. We have to admit it takes a lot to wow us. We are not easily impressed. In addition, our daughter and her groom are wedding and event photographers. They have worked in just about every venue in the New Jersey/New York area and they thought they had seen it all.
But wow us you did!
We were completely "blown away" by the club's overall beauty, its spaciousness and the level of professionalism of the entire staff – with extra thanks to Bobby and Karen who were just joys to work with.
The cocktail hour was incredible in the quality and quantity of the foods, its presentation as works of art, and your impeccable attention to every detail. We did not know that shrimp came that big! The baby lamb chops – in abundance and so delicious! The seating! Our guests could not get over how spacious the room was and seating for all!
The main room was gorgeous. It is perfectly laid out for a party. There are no bad table locations. The dance floor was oversized and the acoustics were outstanding.
We've been receiving phone calls, emails and written notes from friends and family – and not just a few. Without exaggeration we have received over 50 contacts all basically telling us the same thing – this was the nicest wedding that they have ever been to! This from people who have been to many!
The groom's mother said she is sure that "Princess Diana's wedding couldn't have been any nicer!" And when we spoke to the groom he told us, "Brooke and I have worked at many weddings over the past 5 years and we had the absolute nicest!"
When Bob asked me what I liked best of all I did not hesitate when I said "Karen" and "can she come live with us?" I have made two similarly sized parties over the years but nowhere else did I have someone 'shadowing' me, whispering in my ear throughout the evening, asking me "What can I get you? How can I be of service?"
With guests pulling me left and right, and wanting to be a good hostess, I know I wouldn't have been able to eat or drink or enjoy the bounty around me if it were not for Karen. And not only were my guests met within minutes and with a smile, at times she actually read my mind and brought me food and drink without my even asking. The icing on the cake was finding plates of desserts at my seat just waiting for me. Karen was just wonderful.
We were very proud of our daughter's wedding at the One and Only Westmount Country Club. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this special event of ours more special!

Dear Stephanie, Karen and the Staff at the "One & Only Westmount Country Club,
Words can't describe how grateful we are for truly having the "One & Only" best "Wedding" ever. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our wedding day perfect. We had our heart set on the Westmount before we even came in just be hearing people rave about it and from the research we did. We knew it would be our dream come true wedding.
Sure enough, from the day we stepped foot into the Westmount without an appointment scheduled and calling an hour before since we were in the area, your staff was so accommodating that we were beaming with joy that our dream came true not only with a phenomenal place that has class, style, elegance and exquisite food, but people that we referred to as our other "Family" since they all put countless efforts in anything they did to make our wedding day so perfect and built such a wonderful relationship with ourselves and our family.
The relationship that we built with our Wedding Coordinator Stephanie was truly the best and now e call her my friend. She was there with us not only every step of the way on my wedding day but the year prior of planning and helped the both of us tremendously with all of our vendors literally at any time of the day. And now we have to say a special thank you to our other friend Karen who was the Maitre'd for the night and who was truly amazing, we were blessed to have them run our wedding. Thanks to the dynamic duo and the rest of the staff, we had no stress on our wedding day and it was truly a perfect day. It is now one month later and friends and family can not stop talking about our wedding a the Westmount and can't wait to go back, it is truly the "One and Only" place to have a function.
So, from the bottom of our hearts we want to extend our gratitude and appreciation for all that you have done for us and we know that we will be back for any functions that we have.
